Calculativa Systems Limited was incorporated in Malta on 18 September 2018. We build the systems that run corporate finance operations — and we staff the review layer that signs off on what they produce.
Who We Are
Built by people who had to clean up the mess themselves
Calculativa started with a problem that kept repeating. Companies growing across borders were buying their accounting from one firm, their finance software from a second, and their reporting from a third tool that nobody fully trusted. Each supplier did its own piece competently. Nobody owned the joins.
The result was always the same: systems that did not agree with the ledger, month-ends that ran two weeks late, and a management report whose margin figure could not be explained when someone asked where it came from.
We built Calculativa to close those joins. Our software captures and classifies transactions continuously, reconciles accounts against source records automatically, and produces reporting from one governed data model. Qualified accountants supervise the exceptions and sign off on what gets filed.
That combination — automation underneath, accountable people on top — is the whole proposition. Software alone leaves you operating it. People alone leaves you paying for work a system should do.

Engagement terms, client identification and beneficial-ownership verification, secure system access and a documented handover from your previous provider.

Chart of accounts alignment, opening balance migration, system integrations configured and results reconciled against your existing records before cutover.

A fixed close calendar, monitored filing obligations, platform monitoring and a monthly review with your named senior accountant.
